I can't attach a file to my release
Follow the steps below to be able to attach files on your iOS:
Access Mobills Web (Through a computer);
Make sure your data on the web is exactly how you want it. Because your data on the mobile device will be the same as Mobills data on the web;
After verifying your data on the web and seeing that it is as you wish, log out of your account on your cell phone;
Reinstall the app;
Log in again and wait to sync;
Try to attach a file again.
NOTE: The file accepted on iOS is in image format, ok? PDFs you will only be able to attach on our Web platform! 😀
Follow the steps below to be able to attach files on your Android:
Access Mobills Web (Through a computer);
Make sure your data on the web is exactly how you want it. Because your data on the mobile device will be the same as Mobills data on the web;
After verifying your data on the web and seeing that it is as you wish, log out of your account on your cell phone;
Reinstall the app;
Log in again and wait to sync;
Try to attach a file again.
If it still doesn’t work, you’re using Smart Lock to log in, and when you do this, the migration is not done correctly. What to do now? You need to do the following:
Open your phone's Chrome browser;
More options > Settings > Passwords;
Look for Mobills and delete it from the list;
After that you need to log out of your account and log in again, you will need to fill in both the email and password, if it automatically enters without asking for a password it is because it was not deleted from the list I mentioned in point 3, right?
After making a new login, it will work just fine! 😀
NOTE: The file accepted on Android is in image format, ok? You will only be able to attach PDFs on our Web platform! 😀
